02 / GET STARTED
Your first move
- 01
Connect your wallet
Select Connect wallet and approve the connection in your browser wallet. ROOK never asks for your private key.
- 02
Open Create
Choose a ready-made Castle Ladder or build a Custom Move.
- 03
Set your rule
Select the market, condition, action, amount, total limit, and expiry.
- 04
Simulate first
Review how the rule behaves before saving it.
- 05
Manage your Rook
Open My Rooks to inspect, pause, resume, or revoke it.
03 / MEMBERSHIP
Connect and check access
The official ROOK contract is now published. Once membership checks are enabled, the app will read the connected wallet's ROOK balance on Robinhood Chain. This will be a read-only check: it will not spend, approve, or transfer your tokens.
ROOK contract published
Use only the verified address displayed by ROOK and linked to the Robinhood Chain explorer.
- Network
- Robinhood Chain mainnet
- Current access
- Every preview feature remains available
Once membership is live, connect the wallet that holds ROOK and approve a request to switch to Robinhood Chain if needed. Until then, no token balance is required to use the preview.
04 / CREATE
Build a Rook
Build a position in stages
Choose NVDA, AAPL, or SPY, set a total ROOK budget, and divide it across three price-drop levels. Each level can trigger once in the preview.
Write one clear rule
Choose a market condition such as a percentage fall, rise, price level, or weekly schedule. Then choose BUY, SELL, or NOTIFY.
The fields explained
- Asset: the Stock Token or market your Rook watches.
- Condition: the event that makes the rule eligible to act.
- Action: BUY, SELL, or NOTIFY. SELL is currently preview-only.
- Amount: the maximum ROOK assigned to one move.
- Total allocation: the maximum ROOK the complete strategy may use.
- Expiry: how long the permission should remain valid.
05 / SIMULATE
Preview before saving
Select Simulate to see the condition, market check, permission check, and expected result in order. A successful simulation means the rule is internally valid—it does not mean a real trade happened or guarantee a future result.
06 / MY ROOKS
Stay in control
Every saved strategy appears in My Rooks. Use the status and controls on each card to manage it.
Stop or restart monitoring
Pause a strategy without deleting its setup. Resume it when you are ready.
End the strategy
Revoking permanently closes that saved strategy. Create a new one if you want to use the rule again.
Preview strategies are stored in your current browser. Clearing site data or changing devices can remove them; they are not a cloud portfolio or proof of an onchain trade.
07 / DISCOVER
Market and Explore
- Market shows supported Stock Tokens, current available market data, and the verified contract information returned by Robinhood's registry.
- Select Create automation on an asset to begin a strategy with that market already selected.
- Explore contains public strategy templates. Forking a template copies its visible setup into your editable draft.
08 / COMMON QUESTIONS
Good to know
Does the current preview move real money?
No. The public preview saves local strategies and runs simulations. It does not claim that a real Stock Token purchase has completed.
Is the official ROOK contract live?
Yes. The official contract is 0xc337fe386Ab5857Da632611d6d19a5e56e6E0dF5. Do not trust a different address.
Does connecting give ROOK access to my wallet?
No. Connecting reveals your public wallet address. Membership uses a read-only balance check and does not request unrestricted wallet access.
Are Stock Tokens the same as brokerage shares?
No. Stock Tokens provide tokenized economic exposure and are not ordinary brokerage shares. Availability and eligibility restrictions apply.
Why is market data unavailable?
ROOK does not invent replacement prices. If its official upstream source is unavailable, the app shows an explicit unavailable state and you can try again later.
